Cullora reviews photos privately on your iPhone. No account. No developer media server. No ads. No tracking.
THE DETAILS
This policy applies to Cullora for iPhone, bundle ID com.ios.cullora.
Cullora does not collect personal data or media for the developer. The app has no Cullora account, developer-operated backend, advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or tracking SDK. We do not sell personal data.
If you grant Photos access, Cullora uses Apple's PhotoKit framework to read media metadata and request small thumbnails. Similarity analysis happens on your device. Cullora does not upload photos, videos, thumbnails, filenames, photo identifiers, or similarity fingerprints to the developer.
Originals remain in Apple Photos. When iCloud Photos is enabled, Apple may store and synchronize them under your Apple Account. Cullora may store cleanup counts, estimated bytes freed, free-tier usage, and the last-cleanup date in Apple's private iCloud Key-Value Store so those small settings can follow your Apple devices. This private iCloud data is not available to the developer and contains no media or contact information.
Cullora asks Apple Photos to delete media only after you select the items and confirm. If iCloud Photos is enabled, Apple synchronizes the deletion. Apple Photos normally keeps deleted media in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days, subject to Apple's behavior and your actions.
Apple processes subscriptions and lifetime purchases through StoreKit. Cullora receives verified entitlement status but does not receive your complete payment-card details. Apple may make aggregated sales, crash, and diagnostic information available to the developer according to your Apple settings and Apple's privacy terms.
Scan results are held in app memory and rebuilt after relaunch. Settings lets you reset synced cleanup totals. Free-tier usage remains to enforce the one-time allowance. You can control Photos and iCloud permissions in Apple Settings, remove local settings by deleting the app, and manage media recovery in Apple Photos.
Cullora is a general-audience utility and does not request names, email addresses, dates of birth, or app-account details from children. If a future version changes its data practices, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before release.
